Located on Rt. 46 in Canfield at MetroParks Farm, Kenneth F. McMahon Hall is a spacious banquet hall with a vaulted ceiling and skylights, ideal for special occasions such as wedding receptions, graduation parties, and more. The hall accommodates up to 160 guests for events or up to 200 people for chair-only meetings. A screen is available for rent at $10.

  • AVAILABLE BY THE HOUR WITH A 5-HOUR MINIMUM
  • THIS HALL IS IN THE SAME BUILDING AS CLASSROOM A, WHICH CAN BE RENTED FOR SMALLER GROUPS
  • ADJACENT TO THE METROPARKS BIKEWAY AND METROPARKS FARM

RENTAL GUIDELINES:

  • ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED
  • METROPARKS POLICE OFFICERS MONITOR EVENING EVENTS
  • ENTRY IS ONLY ALLOWED DURING YOUR RESERVED TIME, WHICH MUST INCLUDE ALL SETUP, DECORATING, DELIVERIES, EVENT TIME, AND CLEANUP
  • IF ADDITIONAL TIME IS NEEDED, IT MUST BE RESERVED IN CONSECUTIVE TIME BLOCKS

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • RECEIPT NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED IN ORDER TO CANCEL OR CHANGE A RESERVATION.
  • REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED, ACCORDING TO THE CANCELLATION SCHEDULE BELOW.
    • Prior to 60 days before reserved date 85% refund
    • 30-60 days before reserved date 50% refund
    • Less than 30 days before reserved date no refund

  • REGULAR RATE

    Available by the hour, 5 hour minimum | $80/hr

  • DISCOUNTED RESIDENT RATE

    Available by the hour, 5 hour minimum | $60/hr

In order to receive the discounted Resident Rate, the individual or business issuing payment for the facility rental must provide proof of Mahoning County residency as part of the reservation request.
